When should I book my room? We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to get the best rate. Go to Accommodations or Book Now to reserve your room. We have partnered with Destify to make booking your travel easy. Destify offers 24/7 customer support, low-price guarantees, low deposits, and free perks. Please book your stay with our group via our website to ensure easy planning and communication for all wedding events.

Do you have a room block? We do not have a room block reserved so no space is being held at the hotel. Book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the resort. Room reservations can be held for a low, non-refundable deposit of $150 per person. Final payments are due 65 days prior to your departure date.

Do I need to book my flight separately? Yes. After you book your room, we encourage you to also book your flights to and from Cancún International Airport.

Is transportation to and from the resort included? Round-trip ground transportation from the airport is available for purchase, and highly recommended, when you book your room. Destify will contact you via the email you provided in your RSVP before April 2025 to get your flight information and arrange your transportation.

What dates should I book my room for? Whatever works best for your schedule and budget! We will be at the resort on Wednesday, April 30th and we'll be happy to see you whenever you arrive! If you are a member of the wedding party, please arrive at the resort by 4pm on Friday, May 2nd.

When is the last date to RSVP? Please RSVP no later than January 2025.

What should I wear? Be sure to dress light and breezy, all wedding events will be held outdoors. Please refrain from wearing shorts or jeans. Vibrant-colored button-down shirts and dresses are encouraged!

Is there anything that's not included? You’ll want to bring some cash for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid for with a credit card at the hotel.

Traveling solo? Please text us before booking your room and we'll help pair you up with another guest to get you the best rate on your room.
